Privacy Policy
PropPrizm ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
1. Information We Collect

We do not store your payment card details ourselves — card data is collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe, under its own privacy policy. We do not collect government-issued ID numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the PropPrizm service
- To authenticate your account and keep it secure
- To communicate service-related notices (downtime, major changes)
- To understand how the product is being used and where to improve it
3. Authentication — Clerk
PropPrizm uses Clerk for authentication. When you sign up or log in, your email and credential data are handled by Clerk under their own Privacy Policy. We store a reference to your Clerk user ID and your account tier in our system.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data only:
- With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, hosting and infrastructure providers)
- When required by law — in response to a valid legal process
- To protect rights — if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect PropPrizm or users from harm
Payments — Stripe. Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, you enter your card details directly with Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles that data as an independent processor under its own Privacy Policy. We retain only a Stripe customer/subscription identifier and your plan status so we can grant Pro access, show your billing details, and manage renewals and cancellations.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
PropPrizm uses browser local storage to remember your preferences (preferred sportsbook, date, display settings) and session cookies for authentication. We also use cookies and similar technologies for the advertising described in Section 7 below. We use a privacy-respecting, self-hosted page-view counter for analytics; it stores a daily, non-reversible hashed identifier and does not track you across other websites.
7. Advertising
PropPrizm displays advertising to keep the service free. We use third-party advertising vendors, including Google, to serve ads.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to PropPrizm and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to PropPrizm and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you will be asked for consent (or given the ability to opt out) before personalized advertising cookies are set, as required by applicable law.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Object to or restrict certain processing

9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Authentication is handled by Clerk, which employs industry-standard security practices. However, no system is 100% secure — use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
10. Children's Privacy
PropPrizm is a 21+ service and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify users via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
